PROCESS


You might start by browsing the Portfolio collection in my Etsy Shop, or for a more custom approach I can work with you to create a tailored layout made exclusively for your occasion--just be prepared to show me examples of the general look you are going for. It’s up to you how custom you’d like your design to be, so just let me know!


ESTIMATE / QUOTE


Once you have a general idea of what you are looking for, contact me and provide the following information so I can provide an initial estimate/quote for you.


  1. 1) Event Stationery Type (Invitation, Announcement, etc.)

  2. 2) Any Additional Print Pieces or Services (RSVPs, Direction Cards, Thank You’s, Return Address Printing)

  3. 3)Type of Envelope Requested (Standard, Lined or Double Wedding)

  4. 4)Quantities of all Pieces (Invites, Envelopes, RSVPs, etc,)

  5. 5)Your Timeline/Deadline to receive printed materials

  6. 6) Contact Information


DESIGN DEPOSIT


After approving the initial estimate and as soon as I have all of your order details, I’ll send you a final quote and contract. Once approved please email or mail back a signed contract with your 50% deposit which will be applied to your final total.


FINAL PROOF & APPROVAL


After your deposit is submitted, I will begin design work on your proof(s). Expect to receive your proof(s) via email within 1-7 business days (unless you’ve requested elaborate design requests which could take longer). I promise to make as many changes as necessary to ensure that you absolutely love your design before it is printed. **Please note that elaborate design changes are subject to additional design time fees.


When reviewing your proof please make sure all graphical elements, dates, names, spellings, materials and layout is how you want it. Here’s where it’s important that you’ve proofread carefully--you are ultimately responsible for any errors. Once you OK for printing there can be no further changes.


PAPER, PRINTING & PRODUCTION


Having worked in professional marketing for nearly a decade, I have a high appreciation for print quality and have established industry and vendor relationships who offer competitive pricing and quick turnaround production times. My high quality signature wedding card stock is offered in Ivory or White in a weight of #110. I also offer 100% recycled Kraft heavy card stock that is 18 point in weight and premium textured linen stock. For all other card stock options, please contact me for more information. Because I strive to offer a process that is customizable, flexible and affordable, I additionally offer design-only services if you have your own printer in mind.


SHIPPING & PAYMENT


I typically ship USPS and will keep you updated on when your order is ready. Typically total turnaround time is 10-14 business days. If you require a rush order, please inquire during your initial inquiry.
