The “FINCH” Styling Package

Cost: Rental Item Total + $165

Return Item Pickup: varies on location & amount of items


The Finch is my most basic package for the creative bride that needs just a “touch” of styling help the day of. This package includes one 20-minute phone consultation plus 1 hour of on-site service to oversee and touch-up agreed upon areas after they have been set up. I will work with your florist/family/coordinators to assist them in styling your vintage rentals as you had envisioned them for the big day. Typically 1 hour includes 1-2 areas of focus (i.e. aisle markers & guest book table). Single load delivery to your venue is included, however return pickup would be additional. *Deliveries must be made within Kansas City limits with rental items fitting in one-load. Please inquire for a price quote on all other venue locations. Additional hours or stations of styling may be added at a rate of $75/hour.


The “CARDINAL” Styling Package

Cost: Rental Item Total + $325

Return Item Pickup: varies on location & amount of items


The Cardinal Styling package is the most common styling service offered and is perfect for brides who love the vintage or rustic look--but need a little more help with idea creation and day-of styling set up. This entails a 1 hour phone consultation plus delivery and approximately 2-3 hours of on-site set-up and styling. I will be there working with your florist/family/coordinators to arrange agreed upon areas. Typically 2-3 areas of focus (i.e. dessert/cake table, centerpieces, photo booth, etc.) *Deliveries must be within Kansas City limits with rental items fitting in one-load. Please inquire for a price quote on all other venue locations. Additional hours or stations of styling may be added at a rate of $75/hour.


The “DOVE” Styling Package

Cost: $1,800 (flat rate)

Plus 25% off Printed Wedding Invitations or Save the Dates


This Full Event styling package is the all-inclusive choice for those who want access to my entire fleet of rentals, delivery, set-up, styling, AND return pickup! (Yes, I did say access to ALL RENTALS). You also get 25% off any custom designed print order (Save the dates, Thank You Cards, or Invites, etc.). I will meet with you in person to assist you in selecting the right pieces from my collection all while sharing some creative ideas and styling suggestions. Delivery and return pickup is also included with up to 3-4 hours of event styling at your venue. I will be your own personal hands-on stylist for the day! Typically this service is for 3-4 areas of focus (i.e. table settings, signage, favor station, name cards and program table etc.) *Deliveries must be within Kansas City limits with rental items fitting in one-load. Please inquire for a price quote on all other venue locations. Additional hours or stations of styling may be added at a rate of $75/hour.


The “HUMMINGBIRD” Consult

Cost: $55


Just need a few creative ideas? I’ll provide you with some thoughts and suggestions for the perfect swoon-worthy wedding or event. During the 1 hour phone consultation, we’ll discuss your goals for the event and together we’ll work up some fantastic ideas for your walk down the aisle, the altar display, the bride and groom table, your dessert station or maybe for an engagement photo shoot you have coming up. You’ll walk away with an ironed out vision with a complete rental item wish list. I will also provide some recommendations on additional local vendors who can assist you in executing your dream vintage event!


DIY Package with Unlimited Rentals

Cost: $800

Plus 10% off Printed Wedding Invitations or Save the Dates


This is great for DIY-ers! Do you know you want a vintage or rustic wedding but no idea on what you want to reserve yet? With this package you automatically reserve my entire rental inventory for your date to pick and choose from (pending availability at the time of booking). At the 60-day mark your rental item list is due -- you are welcome to rent as many items as you like even if they total over $800!! Rental pick-up, hauling and return is all on your own so keep that in mind when choosing your items.


$30 Rental Credit OR 10% OFF Print Service

Cost: Spend over $200 in Rentals and receive a $30 credit


When you spend $200 in rentals, choose either $30 off toward additional available rentals or save 10% on any printed design service: your save-the-dates, invites or wedding programs!*New bookings only. TUES/WED 24-hour Event/Photoshoot Rental

Cost: $25 off your rental total


This is perfect for any day affair--bridal shower, engagement photo shoot, senior pictures, etc. For all events booked on either a Tuesday or Wednesday, mention this special for $25 off your event rental total.

*Must spend a minimum of $25 ($50 rental total) and all rentals must be returned the same-day or within 24 hours. Must mention this ad and be a blog subscriber to apply.
