Let’s chat about your big day and come up with a plan and some creative ideas!
Need assistance in getting started? I can help in selecting the right pieces from my collection to achieve your desired look and feel. We can go over mock-ups with the décor pieces and I will share some of creative ideas and styling suggestions. You’re always welcome to make an appointment to browse the inventory at no charge, while more in-depth consultations run $25-$75/hour. We can chat over the phone or meet in person at the storage barn and/or at your venue. This will help you achieve the look you want without paying for full event styling.
Day of Styling – $75/hour
Let me be your hands-on stylist for the day, just sit back and relax!
Planning a wedding/event is beyond stressful, and I understand the importance of every little detail that goes into making this celebration special and unique to who you are. My goal is not only to make your event beautiful, but also to eliminate worry and stress by executing your vision, ensuring all of those little details are in place so you can enjoy your big day. I treat each wedding as if it were my own, paying particular attention to detail, with aesthetics being my top priority. Styling services (without rentals) start at your location base rate + $75/hr.
Delivery/Set-up $100+
Have everything delivered to your event, with large items assembled and set-up.
Need your furniture delivered and set in place, or your arbor or backdrop assembled? Delivery and set-up service prices depend upon the size and weight of your order, distance to and from your event, the required day and timeframe needed, and specifics on set-up requirements. All deliveries start at $100 per trip and are subject to availability. After hours deliveries/return pick-ups and difficult load-in/load-out locations may have additional service fees. Belle Petit – $200
For just a touch of styling help the day of that’s easy on your pocketbook!
The Belle Petit styling package is $200 (+ your rental item total) and includes 2 in-depth styling consultations, 1-hour of on-site styling assistance, and delivery to your venue (within Kansas City). I will work with your team of helpers to assist in styling your rentals as you had envisioned them for the big day. Typically 1 hour includes 1-2 areas of focus (i.e. lounge seating and guest book table). Additional styling areas can be added at a rate of $75/hour. For return pickup or deliveries outside of Kansas City, please inquire for a service quote.
Belle Milieu -$400
Make a statement with this package! Help with ideas, styling and delivery.
The Belle Milieu styling package is $400 (+ your rental item total) and includes two in-depth styling consultations, up to 3 hours of on-site styling, and delivery to your venue (within Kansas City). Let me come up with some ideas for you and take care of all the set-up, styling and details! Typically 3 hours includes 3 areas of focus (i.e. all of your centerpieces, sign-in table, dessert table). Additional styling areas can be added at a rate of $75/hour. For return pickup or deliveries outside of Kansas City, please inquire for a service quote.
Belle Grandiose – $700
Leave everything to me! Full-service design with delivery and pickup.
The Belle Grandoise styling package is $700 (+ your rental item total) and includes two in-depth styling consultations, a detailed styling concept and layout plan, an on-site walk-thu, up to 5 hours of on-site styling, delivery and return pickup to your venue (within Kansas City). Leave everything to me for a stress and worry free vintage wedding of your dreams. You will also receive 15% off any custom designed print order (Save the dates, Invites or Thank You Cards, etc.) For locations outside of Kansas City, please inquire for a service quote.
