I enjoy finding old things that were once beautiful and giving them life again – these wonderful things from our past have many stories to tell, and when brought together and arranged artfully, they set memorable scenes and create special experiences.
VINTAGE RENTAL PROCESS
First, take a look through my online Inventory, click on the categories you are interested in and as you go along, jot down your “wish list” of items you would like to reserve. Once you have an idea of what you’d like visit my Wedding Packages link for some common pricing options or simply contact me with the following information so that I can check availability and prepare a reservation quote for you. *Please note: there is a $50 minimum on all rental orders.
1) Event Name/Type of Event
2) Event Location
3) Event Date & Dates you wish to rent the items
4) Complete List of rental items
5) Indicate any Delivery and/or Styling Packages
6) Full Contact Information for you & person/coordinator who will be picking-up or meeting me on-site
Be sure to contact me as soon as possible in order to reserve your items and ensure their availability. I am continually updating and growing the inventory so be sure to follow my BLOG to see the latest finds and to have access to any specials I might have going on!
Vintage rentals are for a 48 hour period and require a signed rental contract with refundable deposit. As soon as I receive your inquiry details, I will email you the contract which includes the rental total and deposit amount. Return your signed contract with deposit to secure your rental items and date. (All deposits will be 100% refunded following on-time and safe return of rentals following your event).
STYLING, SET-UP & DELIVERY
I now offer a variety of styling packages for all types of budgets and for those who need a little help envisioning! Please see my Packages Link for more details on these combo deals. All of these services are all optional and are available for your rentals upon request. My delivery service charge typically depends on how many items you reserve and how far you need them delivered–I generally service all areas surrounding the Kansas City metro. Of course pick-up is always free!
I put extra efforts into staying green–the majority of my items have been purchased used, have been recycled and are meant for re-use. So why buy new, when you can rent!?
